School Crossing Guard: The City of Warren is currently seeking applicants for School Crossing Guard. This position works an average of ten to fifteen hours per week, and is responsible for the safe travel of pedestrians at desginated school crossings. Click on the job title on the right for complete information.
Applications are available in the Human Resources Office from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday- Friday.
We will soon be accepting applications for Police Officer. The basic requirements to apply are:
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older by the application deadline
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must have 62 college semester credits
- Must be either a currently certified police officer or be MCOLES certifiable (you have completed police academy) or you are attending police academy that will conclude within 120 days of the application deadline
- No felony convictions

We will soon be accepting applications for Office Assistant. This position may work in any city department or division, and requires a high school diploma or GED and passing a typing test at 35 net wpm. The typing test must be taken at the time of application, and you can only test and apply once during the recruitment.
