Q: Where is the Warren Farmers’ Market located and when is it open?                    
A: The City Square Market is located on Van Dyke just north of 12 Mile Road in front of City Hall. It is open on Sundays from 
9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Q: What are the vendor fees?                                                                                             
A:  A space at Warren Farmers' Market-City Square is $10. As a vendor you will need to bring your own tent, table, and chair.

Q: Can I sell my product at the Warren Farmers' Market?                                                                        
A: Absolutely! We are always seeking new vendors to add variety to our market. The full requirements to sell at the Warren Farmers' Market are listed in the Vendor Handbook, however in short, you must grow or make anything you sell. Very rarely, we will make an exception for items that enhance other market items (ie: cooking utensils, cooking oils, fresh food storage, etc.)

Q: Are there events for kids at the market?                                                                      
A: Yes! We will have kids events scheduled EVERY WEEK! Children can also enjoy the City Square Market fountain on Sunday mornings starting at 9 a.m. until the end of September. The fountain will be available from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday beginning in June.

Q: What other activities are at the market?                                                                         
A: We offer FREE yoga at 9:30 a.m. and FREE Kids Fitness at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday. There is a cooking show and a band plays every week at noon. Every Sunday you will have an opportunity to be entered into a bike raffle. The bike will be raffled off at Warren’s Birthday Bash.

Q: Can I sell baked goods from my home kitchen?
A: Yes. However, you must adhere to all Michigan Cottage Food laws including preparation, storing, and labeling requirements. Click on this link for more information Michigan Cottage Food Laws.

Q: Does the Warren Farmers' Market accept EBT/SNAP card (Bridgecard)?
A: Yes, EBT/SNAP cardholders can visit our food assistance station and receive EBT/SNAP tokens in exchange for the amount of tokens they would like to spend at the market.

Q: Does Warren Farmers' Market offer Double Up Food Bucks?
A: Yes, Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) tokens can also be picked up at our food assistance station. EBT/SNAP cardholders who exchange up to $20 of the EBT/SNAP benefits will receive the equal amount in DUFB tokens. DUFB tokens can only be used for Michigan produce. 

Q: Can I receive cash from a vendor when using EBT/SNAP and/or Double Up Food Bucks tokens?
A: No, vendors cannot give change for EBT/SNAP or DUFB tokens; however, tokens do not expire and can be used at the market throughout the season.

Q: Does the Warren Farmers' Market accept WIC Project Fresh coupons?
A: Yes, we accept the WIC Project Fresh coupons distributed by your local WIC office. WIC coupons can be used to purchase locally grown produce and several herbs until October 31st. However, we are currently unable to accept WIC benefits which are applied to an EBT card.

Q: Does the Warren Farmers' Market accept MarketFresh coupons?
A: Yes, MarketFresh coupons are provided to low income older people by the Michigan Office of Services to the Aging. MarketFresh coupons can be used to purchase locally grown produce and several herbs until October 31st.

Q: How will I know which vendors accept food assistance programs?
A: Vendors will have signs posted at their tent to inform visitors of the food assistance program they accept.
