The Maybelle Burnette Library is inviting locals to a calming Danish-style “Hygge” evening of warm and cozy activities on Thursday, November 7, from 6:00-7:30 pm.
Participants can take a step back before all the holiday chaos begins by enjoying the library’s “fireplace”, candle light, board games, hot cocoa and tea, and great conversations. They can feel free to bring their own throw blanket or any handicraft projects they are currently working on and anyone who knows how to sew can use library supplies to hand sew a DIY handwarmer or two.
